Author of nearly 70 traditionally-published children's books, and many more ghostwritten stories, Roxanne offers kidlit publishing consultations as part of her freelance services. Kidlit Author Coaching/Mentorship

Need ongoing help developing (or finishing) your stories? Want to turn one story into a series or quickly develop a body of work? Then you need a book coach--someone who can guide you through both the business and craft of becoming a career author and provide you with accountability to actually do the work. Manuscript & Query Critiques

Roxanne also offers balanced critiques for fiction and nonfiction manuscripts that include specific., actionable advice to improve story structure/pacing, character development, and voice without overwhelming the author. At this time, she does not critique scripts, poetry, or graphic novels. Critiques: $125 for picture books/queries; $350 for chapter books/middle grade; $500 for adult manuscripts

Copywriting

With fifteen years experience, Roxanne produces original copy for both print and digital media consistent with Client voice and branding.

Editing

Nonfiction conceptual and stylistic editing services, and developmental edits for fiction, prepare client manuscripts for the next phase of their publication journey. Ghostwriting

Using speech and teaching transcripts, curriculum, and recorded interviews, Roxanne ghostwrites nonfiction books for nonprofits and individuals. Authors range from local college instructors to internationally-known motivational speakers. Previously written topics include: education, parenting, memoir, real estate, religion, history, finance, inspirational living, and topical Bible studies.
