Make Your Own Firecracker

​You can make your own celebratory poppers with just a few craft supplies.

​Supplies:
empty toilet paper tube
scissors
latex balloon
craft pom-poms
colorful tape
markers or stickers for decorating (optional)

Step 1) Decorate your tube as desired.
Step 2) Cut the end off your balloon, leaving most of the bulb and neck intact. Tie the neck.

Step 3) Stretch the open end of the balloon over the bottom of your decorated tube. Tape in place.

Step 4) Drop a few pom-poms into your tube. Pull the tied end of the balloon, and let it go.
POP! 
Fill and repeat.
